We are completing final checks before opening to patients. When we launch, the form will take around five minutes, and our doctor will review your request the same day, and may call or email to confirm a clinical detail before deciding.
Free initial assessment. You are only charged EUR 50 if a prescription is issued.

The name and strength
A photo of the box or a recent prescription. The NHS app usually has this.

Date of birth and address
Plus any current medication, allergies, or relevant medical history.
